Health & Safety

Health & safety in our workshop and on site is imperative.  SGC has a whole workforce training policy and every employee holds a relevant and valid CSCS card. We produce site specific method statements including essential risk assessments and details on how the work should be carried out.  

We hold the CHAS Health & Safety Accreditation who are the leading body in the UK and are also members of the North West, Merseyside & Cheshire Construction Safety Groups.  Our Operations Manager attends the groups monthly meetings and is also Chair of the CITB North West Employers Forum.
